In this video, besides the horrible injustices to the Body and Blood of Christ; 1. the spoon the first couple of times is being grabbed by the altar server not by the handle but directly by the part immersed into Christ’s blood and
2. being held in the air where it could drip to anywhere and the question
3. “Is it clean?”,
the whole atmosphere here is plagued by a circus-like performance with comments like, “Wow, a little hot!” and “That’s a boy!” to a grown man. If the moments of Holy Communion aren’t sacred then what is sacred?
