Introduction and Compilation by Brother Michael
Introduction
Right before our baptism, the servant of God performing the mystery of Baptism, performs an exorcism on us, satan is expelled from us, and bound by the power of Christ our God, he falls before us, and we, or our godfather or godmother on our behalf, spit on him.
Christian remember this victory over satan, he has no power over us, IC XC NIKA! Jesus Christ is Victory!
Satan in his pride does not stand this humiliation, it burns him, and he leaves howling in pain.
Remember this every time satan attacks you, do not fear, do not despair, remember Christian you are part of Jesus Christ the Victory, who defeats satan!
Exorcise him from yourself like Saint John of Kronstadt, and Saint Seraphim of Sarov teach us:
“Thy labour is in vain, thou fallen angel, I am the servant of my Lord Jesus Christ. Thou that exaltest thyself in thine arrogance, lowerest thyself by thus violently struggling with me, weak as I am”
Saint John of Kronstadt
“What are you to us, you who are cut off from God, a fugitive for Heaven, and a slave of evil? You dare not do anything to us: Christ, the Son of God, has dominion over us and over all. Leave us, you thing of bane. We are made steadfast by the uprightness of His Cross. Serpent, we trample on your head.”
Saint Seraphim of Sarov
