As reported by the site romfea.gr and other sources, the former Patriarch of Jerusalem Eirinaios had asked all ‘World Orthodox” for help in his illness and “Archbishop” Ieronymos of Athens was the only one who answered.
Metropolitan Agafangel, who is in communion with the synod of Archbishop Kallinikos GOC of Athens, was in communion with Eirinaios and even ordained a bishop (Bishop Roman) for the Holy Land with the permission and blessing of “Patriarch” Eirinaios. If Eirinaios was truly a zealot as they would like us to believe, why was his outcry addressed to World Orthodox seeking to die in their loving embrace?
