“Seeing They Do Not See, and Hearing They Do Not Hear, Nor Do They Understand!” (Matthew 13:13)

People are crying out that OCA “Metropolitan” Tikhon’s message to the new Pope has nothing to do with ecumenism.
It says that “His Holiness” was elected to the “See of Rome” and “the Chair of St. Peter”. After close to a thousand years of being cut off from the Church, this heretical organization still has the “See of Rome” and much more so the “chair of St. Peter”?!
“Greet your election with joy” – What exactly is the joy of a heretic taking a position? “Metropolitan” Tikhon goes on to wish may you, “always proclaim the Christian faith with boldness and zeal”. When was the last time a Pope of Rome was proclaiming the Christian faith? From the head of a heretical organization, can one proclaim the Christian faith with boldness and zeal?
William Shakespeare in his work Julius Caesar puts in the mouth of Cassius this comment expressing that the people cannot see what is right in front of them:
“You blocks, you stones, you worse than senseless things! O you hard hearts, you cruel men of Rome…”
