The First-degree Synodal Court for priests placed the punishment of defrocking on the Hieromonk Akakije, according to the World Nemanja Stankovitch son of Mirolioub and Sladana, born in Ospiek, Croatia on 22/6/1972, resident of Serbia, for reasons of contempt, fraction, conspiracy, parasynagogue, and finally schism.
