1. Digital Subscriptions & Member Library Access
Our yearlong subscription plans grant immediate, unrestricted access to our proprietary digital library, exclusive Patristic translations, and archival publications.
- Strictly Non-Refundable: All subscriptions are final and non-refundable. To prevent abuse—such as accessing, downloading, or reading proprietary content and subsequently requesting a return of funds—we do not offer full, partial, or pro-rated refunds for any subscription under any circumstances.
- EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver: In accordance with European Union consumer law regarding digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU), by purchasing a subscription and gaining immediate digital access to our member library, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your statutory right of withdrawal is waived once access has been provided.
- Subscription Expiration: Cancelling an active subscription will disable any scheduled future renewals, but your access will remain active through the conclusion of the paid one-year term. No refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period.
2. Donations & Voluntary Offerings
Financial contributions submitted through the site (such as the Essential Support for the Brotherhood fund) are voluntary offerings given directly to support the living costs of the monastic brotherhood, the diocesan administration, and the maintenance of the Sacred Cathedral of St. Paraskevi.
- All Offerings Are Final: All donations and voluntary offerings are strictly final and non-refundable. Please verify your selected amount carefully before confirming payment at checkout.
3. Physical Handcrafted Goods & Publications
Our liturgical items, antimensia, incense, vestments, and sacred handiworks are handcrafted or prepared individually by our brotherhood.
- All Sales Final: Because of the custom and sacred nature of these items, all sales of physical goods are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering an incorrect size or variety.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel a physical order before it is processed, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once materials have been prepared or the package has been dispatched from our monastery in Greece, an order cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
4. Shipping, Customs, and Postal Handling
We ensure that every physical parcel is packaged securely and dispatched in sound condition from our monastery.
- Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier (such as the Hellenic Post / ELTA), transport, tracking, and delivery are managed entirely by international postal services and your local border authorities.
- We cannot be held liable for postal transit delays, misdeliveries by local postal carriers, or packages opened, inspected, or handled by customs authorities. Any claims regarding transit loss or physical damage must be filed directly with your local postal authority.
