New Monastery Handiwork: Byzantine Ripidia (Chalice Covers) Now Available – Support Our Sacred Monastery

We are pleased to announce a new handiwork from the Brotherhood of the Sacred Monastery of St. John of the Ladder: Byzantine Embroidered Ripidia.

These beautiful 6-inch chalice covers are meticulously handcrafted by our monks, following traditional Byzantine designs in rich burgundy, gold, and red threads, accented with royal blue flowers. Custom colours are also available upon request. Each ripidion is made with prayer and care, and offered as a means to support our monastery and its ministries within the True Orthodox Church under Bishop Philaretos.

By purchasing a Byzantine Ripidion, you directly contribute to the Sacred Monastery of St. John of the Ladder and our ongoing work – from diocesan administration and serving the Sacred Cathedral of St. Paraskevi, to our catechetical and missionary efforts, and the translation of the writings of the Holy Fathers into English.
