From the Ordination to the Diaconate of Deacon Marco Mannino Giorgi
On Sunday, November 3/16, 2025, the layman Marco Mannino Giorgi was tonsured a reader, before being ordained a sub-deacon, and finally ordained a deacon by the hand of Bishop Philaretos of Pallini and Western Europe during the celebration of the Resurrectional hierarchical divine liturgy at the Sacred Parish of St. Michael in Guildford, Surrey, England.
Deacon Marco becomes the first Italian clergyman of the RTOC Western European Diocese: May God bless Deacon Marco’s missionary works in the Italian language, and his efforts to help Italian speakers find True Orthodoxy in our times!
