Don’t Only Read About the Saint – Pray to Him As Well

Complementing the Life is the full Canon to the Holy Prophet Jeremiah. Translated directly from the Greek by our brotherhood which is living the liturgical tradition, this service allows those who are moved by the Life of St. Jeremiah to also pray to him with his official Canon.

This Canon is perfectly suited for private prayer at home or for use in our parishes. Acknowledging the richness of Orthodox tradition, it thoughtfully includes both the Kathisma (Greek usage) and the Sessional Hymn/Sedalen (Russian usage) after the third Ode of the Canon, allowing for seamless adaptation to either Greek or Russian typikon.
